The Golden Grape Estate is a spectacular venue for a memorable day. Our reception room enjoys picturesque views over the vines situated in what is now known as Happy Valley. The function room, which can comfortably accommodate up to 80 guests, opens out onto a paved courtyard and pergola area adjacent to beautiful roses and groomed lawns, offering superb views of the valley. An abundance of perfect locations are available for your garden ceremony.

Booking Guidelines for Weddings:

1. Confirmation of Bookings
   A deposit of $500 is required to guarantee your date and time. Deposit is non-refundable.
2. Glassware
   Glassware may not be taken out onto the Estate for safety reasons.
3. Final Numbers
   Please advise within ten days prior to your function the number of guests to be catered for. Numbers may increase but not decrease after this time.
4. Payment
   Full payment is required on the day of the function.
5. Cancellations
   Cancellations should be made no later than ten days prior to the date of the function. Deposit is not refundable.
6. Liability
   Golden Grape Estate takes all care but accepts no responsibility for any loss of, or damage to merchandise or other property in the function area prior to, during, or after functions.
7. Bond
   A refundable bond of $250 is payable at time of booking. This will be refunded within 10 working days after your function subject to the property, fixtures and fittings being left undamaged.
